          Game of Make Believe

          Your photo stands upon my desk

          smiling straight at me,

          And I can almost hear you voice

          as once it used to be.

          I see you in a teasing mood...

          The mischief in your eyes,

          and then becoming serious

          and O, so very wise.

          I play a game of make believe

          while I am sitting here,

          I like to think you're watching me

          as if you thought me near.

          Sometimes it's hard to comprehend

          That you are far away;

          Because your photo's on my desk

          I see you every day.

          All My Love,

          Bert
